Shopping on this website requires you to send JB Prints information such as your name and address. That information will never be advised to any other party except, in the case of your bank in order to secure payment from you. JB Prints uses a secure gateway for the collection of your card details, such information being transmitted in an encrypted form.

Shipping

Free postage and packaging with every order (UK). Purchases will usually be despatched within 14 days of receiving your order subject to availability.

Returns

We will, whenever posible, use all reasonable endeavours to replace credit or refund any item that is returned to us within 21 days of receipt by you provided that it is received by us in it's original condition and packing. A handling charge of 10% may be charged to cover our costs. No refund of postal costs will be made. Personalised items or special orders cannot be refunded. This policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.
